God the Father as the Creator and Sustainer of life. (Acts 17:28)
Jesus Christ as the Savior of the world who died on a cross for the sin of all mankind. (1 John 4:14)
The Holy Spirit who convicts people of their sin and who dwells within us to give power to be obedient to the call of God. (John 14:26)
Salvation made possible for every person through the confession of sin, the forgiveness of God, and repentance of our life to God's way. (1 John 1:9)
The Bible as the inspired Word of God and the final, divine authority for our teaching. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
The church as God's family for worship, education, and support. (Acts 2:42-47)
Three faith disciplines ordained by Jesus for His followers to experience:
Baptism by immersion as a testimony to one's commitment of faith in Jesus. (Matthew 3:13-15)
Communion which is symbolic of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. (Luke 22:17-19)
Foot-washing which symbolizes the servant ministry of all Christians to each other and to the world. (John 13:14-15)
Ministry gifts given by the Holy Spirit so the church will be effective in reaching people for God. (1 Corinthians 12:4, 7, 11)
The second coming of Jesus where he will return one day to receive those who believe him as Savior and Lord adn all things of this world will end. (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17)
